GenderCool brings Champions into K–12 schools, universities, and community organizations to share their authentic stories and facilitate age-appropriate, evidence-based conversations about gender identity and inclusion.

## The Trans Youth Leadership Lab

Our flagship youth development program — an 8-week virtual leadership cohort for trans and nonbinary high school youth. Participants build real-world leadership skills, develop advocacy projects, and connect with mentors including Raquel Willis, Erin Reed, and Zoey Zephyr.
