Curated Sessions for Every Leader

This 4-hour event is built for flexibility. Sessions are designed as drop-ins, so employees can join the track designed for their role whenever works for them, and leave with the tools, language, and confidence to drive real inclusion in their sphere of influence.

• ERG / BRG Leaders: Make your resource group the most impactful program of the year. You champion inclusion every day; this track gives you the storytelling fuel and programmatic tools to do it better. Bring authentic Champion voices directly to your members, build deeper community, and leave with content your ERG will be talking about long after the event ends.
• International Leaders & Allies: Inclusion is a global commitment, not a regional policy. Trans and nonbinary youth exist in every country, every culture, every office. This track equips global leaders with cross-cultural language, context, and frameworks to show up as genuine allies, no matter where your people are located or what stage your market is at.
